At the just concluded Financial Inclusion Week Nigeria 2019 in Lagos Nigeria Mr. Taiwo Joda, the MD/CEO of Accion of Mfb has been awarded the Leadership award for the year 2019.
The organizers of the event, Financial Inclusion Nigeria through one of its directors Mr. Mayowa Ajetunmobi presented the award. The award was in recoginistion of the contribution of Mr. Taiwo Joda to the development of Finaniclial Inclusion in Nigeria. He stated, Mr. Taiwo Joda has been outstanding in the pursuit of the development of the sector through its leadership at Accion Mfb and the development of Digital Financial Services in Nigeria.
The recipient of the award, Mr. Taiwo Joda responded by saying it is an honor to be given the award but still believes there is a lot to be done in the development of the industry. The award is just a recognition of what has been done in the industry and there is more to be done.
Financial Inclusion Week Nigeria 2019 is part of the global initiatives to celebrate Fincial Inclusion globally. Financial Inclusion Nigeria has been able to increase the financial Inclusion Nigeria landscape presence on the global sphere.
